Pedicure was not relaxing, my one foot has 3 cuts, including a very painful cut on my big toe. My other foot has a cut also, all cuts are from filling the nails.. I'm hoping the cuts don't get infected as they hurt the next day. The technician knew she cut me and did nothing but put alcohol into my cuts.. the technicians seemed as though they had no training what so ever. Was not impressed with my treatment, and further disappointed to pay such high prices for damaging services. Atmosphere was good, staff was friendly.

I got gel nails and a pedicure done for my wedding on September 10, I came in on September 8. Both my big toes were smeared and the tech fixed them but they still looked funny. One of my toe nails chipped a few days later as well. I explained that I need my gel nails to last for my wedding and honeymoon. A few days into my honeymoon and 3 of my nails broke off. It was 10 days since I got them done. The tech built the nails and did not use tips and I think this is why they broke. I was very concerned about making sure my nails lasted for my honeymoon and if she knew they might break she should have used tips. I paid almost $130 for gel nails including a tip and I didn’t think they would only last 10 days. Very unhappy

Rafia was very thorough, she explained everything that she was going to do. I have a lot of redness and face veins that I wanted gone. It is not completely gone but with 3 sessions it is completely toned down. looking at pictures from 1st session to 3rd session I believe Rafia did a great job. perhaps had I gone earlier it would not have been such a monumental task.

Yulia did an absolutely phenomenal job with my manicure. My cuticles are a mess and she took to the challenge with diligence and patience. I can honestly say this is the best cuticle work and manicure I've ever gotten. Thank you Yulia for having such wonderful attention to detail and a wonderful attitude!

First time at Forever Young, with 3 of my girlfriends....3 had pedicures, and I had a facial with Callie! She was very professional and warm and welcoming. She made recommendations for my facial and was very open to explaining all the steps. She is knowledgeable and so lovely!
Overall the decor, atmosphere and feel of the Lounge, was so wonderful and elegant. All the staff were awesome!
