Was recommended/given the "field vision test" despite the fact that I checked no on my initial paperwork. Was definitely tricked in to paying the doctor $40 for a test that clearly had no value, and had no effect on my prescription. I was not even told the results. Secondly, the woman in charge of contacts and glasses sales was amazingly unprofessional. Tried to push a year of contacts on me even though I was adamant about how I switched off with glasses most days. Did not ring this up instantly, instead wandered around and tried to get me to agree when she erroneously said a year of contacts for our order MULTIPLE times. Luckily I noticed what she was doing. She spit off random numbers for glasses, clearly trying to advise us against using our frame allowance from our insurance. After I said I didn't want the $25 warranty, she randomly doubled the sticker price of the glasses (she claimed they were 440, when the wall sticker price clearly said they were 219). It became so ridiculous that we had to walk away and purchase our glasses online. Will never, ever return.
