This year's visit was poor compared to the previous several years. I scheduled my appointment online, and did not receive a timely response/confirmation. There is a new Optometrist, which I didn't know about until I arrived. It was not mentioned on the Web site when I scheduled my appointment. The new Optometrist seems great and my experience with him was fine. He was very apologetic about my experience with one of the opticians.
One of the opticians failed to do my pretest as scheduled, and my entire exam and visit was delayed as a result. I was there for a total of 1.5 hours. My usual visit is maybe 45 minutes or less. The Optician had a rude telephone demeanor/etiquette and seemed very unorganized.
My glasses arrived fairly quickly, which was a plus.
Overall, I'm not sure that I will be returning to For Eyes for next year. Although I was satisfied with the Doctor, I think I'd like to try a different chain and/or private practice.
