Dr. Kwon and assistants were amazing! Friendly, approachable, and able to customize the glasses for my needs. Listened to my current struggles with glasses and fear of contracts. Offered alternative options and explained new technology. Took the time to make sure I was getting what I needed out of the visit. I love that they are open Saturdays since I work during their weekday hours. She even stayed late to make sure all other customers were taken care of. When the front desk got busy, she did not sit back in her office, but instead came out and worked alongside her assistants and desk staff. I will continue to come here for vision services.
