Th office may not appear like many newer, living room type offices but I have been going to Dr Klinert for 12 years and have had nothing but great care, staff always very pleasant and professional and takes good care of you till doctor comes in.
Doctor will refer me to another specialist if needed but spends much time with me when I have questions.
I would highly recommend Dr Klinert.

My primary care provider, Beth Hoekstra, has been outstanding. I trust her because she really shows an interest in my well being. It was Beth who referred me to a urologist because of test results. Finding my prostate cancer early enough made all the difference. I feel like I am in competent, caring hands at Founders Family Medicine.

Not particularly friendly and no better than the front desk staff. Called ahead to see if being a few minutes late was ok and was told yes. Then was checked in and waited to be seen. Then was called upon and told that Campbell was now not prepared to do the appointment. This could have been expressed on the phone when I called to ask.
There are plenty of general practitioners out there without the arrogance and entitlement of this man who understand they are selling a service and should treat their customers with a little more respect.

Medical staff seem to be Good provider, office staff could use training but otherwise friendly & generally capable.

Love this place. Dr. Campbell cares. His staff and other Doctors are so nice when John isn't there.
