The most unprofessional staff I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I will never return. I will go out of my way to inform everyone I know how snide and condescending the staff there is. With a completely empty waiting room, I was 6 minutes late for a scheduled appointment I made two weeks prior. I was told that because I was late, I have to reschedule. When I questioned the reception lady, she offered a smug response of ‘that’s our policy’. Well, my policy is to take my business elsewhere.

I was seen on time. Tony Cerello spent a lot of time with me explaining and relieving me of some of my concerns. Ordered\d extra blood work so we would be sure. I am also satisfied with my treatment.

Founders Family CareMedicine and Urgent Center is by far the best famiy care center in Castle Rock. I have seen all the providers and love all of them. Whether I am sick and need to be seen quickly, have questions about my care, or need a routine health visit, I recieve the same level of quality care each time.
