Crooks! Need I say more? They sold me a complete system that did nothing but breakdown. .when I finally brought in George Brazil I was shocked to learn that fountain hills sold me a yugo at Mercedes price. They took full advantage of me. Do not trust these guys. They will never get in my door ever again.

While you get an extra star for allowing me to pay over time, but you gave me a unit that is twice the size needed for my home and it makes so much noise, we have to turn up the TV every time it comes on. The first night the brand new unit shut down because the condensation tray filled due to a piece of insulation stuck in the drain pipe.

We have lived in 6 states over the years. In those years, we have dealt with many Heating and Air Conditioning Companies. But, on the top of our list is the Fountain Hills Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. Their work is exceptional,

professional and timely. They are the kindest business people that we've ever had the privilege to know. They extended

Terrible service. I would never have these people work on my system again

I am not happy. U have used your company under various names and have always been pleased even though you seem to find something every time to improve or change with each visit. What I am very upset about is the recent visit the repair person said he found a leak in the Freon and filled it to the tune of over $400 I believe. He also told me he could not fix it and I needed a new air conditioner. I live on social security and this was very disturbing. I cannot afford that. I am praying I get through the summer heat to the time I don't use the until.

I just don't understand why I could not be given an estimate on repair that was reasonable.

You have a number of customers because I recommended you. I am not sure I can do that any longer. It just seems no one cares keeping a good customer.

Was sold 2 year club membership 12/2/2013 for $356.00. Was told by technician part were not warranted Invoice # 20555

Replaced thermostat for $152.72 invoice # 21242. 1/16/2014 Warranty item?

Replaced SMFD Phase shifter $133.80 Invoice # 22535 Warranty Item?

Am I being screwed?
