Awful. I bought brand new ROTATIONAL winters for my wife's car and when I swapped them off at the end of the season 2 of the tires were on backwards.
My truck tires bubbled out the sides and I actually had to pay to get them replaced, then the new tires that were put on had inward and outward bubbles out the walls. I asked them to look at my pitman arm while the truck was up and they charged me $50 and did absolutely nothing to it.
I also bought my tires there so they could do the alignment and they did not do it as they said my truck was too big, but really they forgot and were too busy another employee told me.
Awful service when you have to argue and fight tooth and nail to get what you already overpaid for.

Rudy, I apologize for the several poor experiences over the last year. Your first set of tires had nearly 15000km on them, and as with any tire warranty, it was pro-rated. You were only charged for the amount you had already used-up, and the labor to change them. The second set of tires were not actually defective, and the indentations they were showing were normal seam joints in the plies of the tire. We replaced that set for absolutely no charge, to give you piece of mind. On your initial visit you had requested us to check your pitman arm. We removed the skid plate, and tightened the nut at least 6 turns! You were charged $39.00 labor for that service. Without personally seeing your truck, I can not comment on our ability to do the alignment. As we are a retail shop, we do have a lighter duty alignment rack, and there are some configurations of 3/4 ton trucks that we can not align. We did recommend you to one of our truck centers, that could do the alignment for you. With your wife's car, that was a straight-up mistake, and, no excuses, it shouldn't have happened. I did not see that car in our records, but maybe it is under your wife's name. I would like to offer you a free oil change on her car, the next time it is due. If you wish to discuss these matters any further, do not hesitate to call me.
