For me, the reason I don't go to the dentist is because every time I go, I have a very bad experience. This current time proved to be right on course with that. The hygenist, who was new to the office, spent more time complaining about how things were run in her new work environment and telling me everything I'm doing wrong in regards to my oral health, and pushing me into spending 200 bucks on dental equipment for my home. I understand it's their job to do this, and I'm not criticizing that aspect, but perhaps rather than doing that with a condescending attitude, try a bit more of a diplomatic approach. Also, the appointment reminder system, while its very good as far as giving options for setting up reminders, is a bit excessive where I received 1 email, 5 text messages, and a personalized phone call. Perhaps it should be cut back to one text message, especially if I respond and confirm to the appointment.
