I like Nancy and her approach to do the least invasive, most logical step first. She doesn't jump right into bloodwork and overnight stays when the solution can be simple and cost efficient. It was a late appointment and I had 2 children in and out of the bathroom, but she did forget to address one of the issues. When I asked the tech about it, she said we could address it on the next visit. I wasn't super happy about that since I was getting ready to pay for that visit and still there. I feel like she should have gone to get Nancy and asked her then. The issue was noted in the vet's notes and discussed, but no solution was given.

They treat every animal with respect and do their best to make them comfortable. They educate you on whats best for your animal wothout making you feel stupid. Its always a very quick visit and there is rarely a wait time. The nurses are phenomenal as well as the vets themselves.

I was very impressed how helpful and friendly everyone was. I felt at ease leaving my kitten with them. When I picked her up the doctor came in and talked with me about her surgery. I would highly recommend "Four Loving Paws" to anyone looking for a caring veterinary clinic. Thanks again!

Overall, the customer service is great. We did have an experience where he was getting his nails clipped and I heard him screaming from the back and I was not sure what happened. The lady told me he just didn’t like being restrained which I can understand. I think they also sprayed some kind of collogne on him which made my husband break out so I would have preferred to be asked prior too.
