Very satisfied. Scott was our salesman and he was very nice and even brought a heater with him for us to use. The installation was done well and they were very careful. Price was very good for a new firnance. Took time to explain how to change filters . Would highly recommend them. Thank you

Yesterday the guy fixed the problem with water by the furnace on the floor. Unfortunately when the blower comes on there is a high pitched sound. Not sure what's up with that.

Brian Meadows did an excellent job, first he communicated what time he would arrive and he was prompt and Brian was very helpful with some additional items we could purchase to make this winter season more comfortable.

I was very skeptical about using four winds as they have not been on top of my social base's recommended service company for HVAC. I tried to schedule with another company however they were pushed out to November and I didn't want to go through November without heat. FW's scheduled me right in, the next day, and even when I couldn't make the appointment, I was rescheduled for a couple of days later. Brian was very polite and courteous, made sure to wear his booties (thanks, brand new carpet), walked me through everything, explained the diagnostics, and walked around the house in the pouring rain to take a look at my AC unit. Paid by credit on the spot, no issues and I had my reports emailed before I arrived back in the office.
