Waited at least 40 minutes before I got paperwork. Finished my paperwork in 5 minutes, waited another hour after I finished the paperwork to get called back. The nurse was extremely nice and helpful and directed me to a corner for blood work where I waited another 30 minutes after my blood was drawn for results. I heard the nurses argue about lunch and saw them playing with their phones before they got back to me. The doctor who went back was just a nurse practitioner who wasn't too friendly at all but hey that's what I get for going to this clinic. Of course everyone has different experiences so I won't judge them by this visit but hopefully I'll have a better experience next time.

I had an appointment for 10:15...i didn't go into surgery until 2:30. The wait time was ridiculous. I would have felt better if someone could have at least told me it would be so long or apologize for the wait. The only redeeming thing was the doctors were very nice and the procedure went smoothly.

The people there are VERY nice. Dr. Stuard is GREAT! She made me feel so comfortable. She is a genuine person who put me at ease very quickly. The only downfall was the wait was a little after 4 hours. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 am, and my procedure was not started until a little after 2:30pm. I understand that they have 2 offices (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs) and they got behind, but it was VERY tough because I was not allowed to eat at least 8 1/2 hours before my appointment. That was the hardest part. But everyone was really nice and tried to move as fast as they could

Made we wait 3 weeks for an appointment because I was high risk only to refer me somewhere else Cause I was high risk. Took no account on how far along I was, I would never go back to the company. Wasted my time and made this hard time in my life even worse.

Its a great clinic and is very helpful however the wait time with an appointment is too long. It should not take 3 hours with an appointment. There should be a maximum of 1.5-2 hours.

The Nurse who took out my Nexplannon butchered my arm. The next day I had to go back and get stitches from the Dr. Because the cut was about an inch long, and jagged. I asked her if she was going to put those band aids on that pull the skin together, she told me no and She put gauze on it, wrapped it, and told me I could take it off the next day and I would be ok.

The Next day my Mom took me back. Showed them a picture of my arm and asked them was my arm supposed to look like that? They said no and that they would fix it. The Dr had to put 2 stitches in my arm. I really hope the lady who did this to me suffers the consequences of her actions. Because that was not right. Now I am going to be scarred for life.

Dr Rachel Steward was really nice, and took really good care of me. And she seemed genuinely upset that this had happened.
