When I called to set up an appointment, the receptionist was very rude. My cat had an infection, green stuff coming from her eye. The receptionist asked me how long it had been going on and I when I told her a little over a month, she had an attitude and asked, "over a month?!" as if she were judging me. My cat does not reside with me at the moment and she does not know the situation. I found it very rude and I was very nervous coming in to have my checked out. I actually thought about just cancelling the appointment altogether because I was worried everyone was going to act that way toward me. I was pleasantly surprised by the doctor and the assistant. They were both very helpful and professional. They were willing to work with me and were very patient. I really enjoyed being there, I felt welcomed and relaxed.

Everyone, from the front desk check-in, technician, Dr Bedard through check-out was kind and thorough. I was especially impressed with Dr Bedard this visit as she inquired if I was feeding grain free dog food due to the recent information about DCM in canines caused by taurine deficiencies. Love that she is keeping up with current medical information and then passing on that knowledge to her clients!

On Fri 6/8 to Sun 6/17 I entrusted the care of my dog to your boarding service , I left a healthy pet in your care, and I received a sick dog with the runs and vomiting.I was told to watch him as he was not feeling well. You have probably guessed he still has the runs and is still throwing up. I cant be sure if you know any of this because apparently no one there did anything for him. I also noticed the treats , towel and toy I left for him seem not to have been used , he had the same number of treats as when I left him there and his towel and toy were still in the bag I left them in. He deserved better than just being a storage item for you, he was entitled to better service than what you gave him. I feel that I left you with a healthy dog he should have been returned in the same condition. If he got sick in your care you should have done something or called me. Not for boarding. Vet care yes. Someone there should have tried to help, either poor policy or poor service.

The front desk staff could be friendlier. Nobody greeted or said a word to us when we walked in. When someone re-appeared a few minutes later, I asked if I needed to check in and was told that it was assumed I was the first appt of the day and had already been checked in but nobody ever told me. Other than that, the care of our pets has been good so far.
