My experience was great at the office. Except someone was supposed to call me in 2 weeks to see how I was doing with the contacts. NO CALL YET! I need to order some, I would think.

Dr. Pinard was super!! Very professional, kind and informative. He frequently asked if I had any questions. He took time to explain each procedure and how it affected me. I didn't feel rushed at all.

Morgan was also very professional in taking information and doing testing for the doctor.

Though all my appointment have always been with his father , Sean had a realness about him. He didn't talk down to me. That is a very important character to have. He took his time in explaining everything to me. Patience is a virtue. I would definitely see Sean again.

My glasses broke while I was on vacation in Utah. Came home Thursday & went right up to your office to see if it was reparable. As usual, I got great service & my glasses will be repaired next week! So happy you are there , & love David's smile & good service.

I am so grateful for Dr Francis Pinard as well as his son Dr Sean Pinard as well as the medical staff behind then. As I was unable to see the world in clear view and it got so bad that my glasses that I received from their office a few years back were no longer working and it was so bad that I made the decision not to drive at night because I could only see somewhat clearly about a foot beyond the front of the vehicle I was driving. I had been waiting on a program to help me cover the financial cost which in regular basis I would have been able to afford them for they were only $79.00 for both the frames and lenses, but I could not come up with the money so I had to use an alternative form of payment which I was using to build my credit and I didn't want to use it except for paying my rent and then paying it back. But when I got to his office because of a feeling I had that my lenses were in the receptionist greated me with a very nice hello how are you, and I responded with, I could be better but I am doing ok. I asked her if my lenses were in and they checked and said yes they were and I waited about 5 minutes or less and the lady came out with the frames I chose as well as they had my perscription in them.... I will admit i was sceptical about them helping me, but when I put them on I had only two tears (my medicine makes it hard for me to release emotions through crying) come out and for the first time it wasn't because I was sad or depressed, it was because I was overjoyed and happy that I could see. It has been so long that I have been trying to see properly and Dr Francis Pinard made it possible.as wellal as Dr Sean Pinard took his lunch break to squeeze me in because I was getting really bad headaches behind my eyes, and he said that due to the fact it was due to light sensativity and the fact that I have fibromyalgia ( he did state he didn't know much about fibro) he thought I was getting migraines behind my eyes....
