I truly appreciated the time that was taken by the doctor and her entire staff to make my dog feel comfortable! The doctor and her assistant took plenty of time to answer my questions, I didn't feel rushed in any way. I was especially grateful for this since I'm relatively new to the area!
Friendly, Accommodating, Awesome. My dog got hit by a car and they were the first people I called. They took him in right away, told me what to expect, didn't give false hope when the outcomes were uncertain and he's now almost fully recovered. Great job.
I felt a great connection with Dr. Burger. She is warm and approachable and got down on the floor with my dog. She remembered my husband and even the name of our cat he'd brought in months ago! Moreover, I'd been told by a different vet office that my dog had a serious health problem years ago and after a quick review of his medical records she told me that actually his thyroid was fine and that his frequent pooping problem was likely a marking behavior rather than a medical issue.
I'm so very happy to finally have a vet I feel like I can trust and I've already recommended her to many people.
It was our first time in meeting the new doctor. K.C. can be very temper mental with strangers. But the doctor eliminated any issues. She sat down in the floor, gave him treats, played with him and proceeded with her exam. It was not nearly as traumatic as most visits. The way the doctor handled him was awesome. Thank you.
I had a few pre-purchase inspections done here and they were very thorough and talked me through what needed to be done and if the car was worth it or not. When I did buy my car I had them do all the work that was needed. When they were looking for a new catted down pipe, they went the extra mile and found one of the best (that ended up being cheeper) for me. They finished my car on time and under budget and this is the only place that I will ever bring my car in the future.
