This was undoubtedly one of the best veterinary experiences I've ever had (or my dog has ever had). The service was prompt and friendly, the place was very clean, and the vet spent several minutes sitting on the floor making friends with my dog and giving her treats before the exam even started. This was a big deal to me, because my pup is extremely nervous around strangers and in the past she has required a muzzle for standard exams. The vet was able to complete the exam (eyes, nose, heart beat, teeth, etc) with no trouble (and no muzzle). After the 'easy' stuff, technicians gave her vaccines, did blood work, and trimmed her nails (she did need a muzzle for this stuff); they were really fast and I was with her the whole time, which I think helped a lot. It seems to be the hospital's policy that the vet do as little of the poking/prodding as necessary, so that the animal trust the vet as much as possible. Before we left, the vet came back in and gave my dog more treats and more pets, and said to come back every once in a while just so the staff members could love on my dog and give her food. This office really goes above and beyond in terms of making friends with every animal, trying to make sure vet visits aren't too scary, and being very sympathetic to pups that are suspicious of strangers. 10/10
Everything was perfect and absolutely wonderful. The office staff was suburb and couldn't have made me happier. We loved and fully trusted the vet back in PA so were very nervous about being able to find one here. So glad we got referred to you!!!
