I have been taking several vehicles to Franconia Shell for 7 years. They are great. I asked them to check my brakes recently, and they were honest that they did not need repair yet. Also, I was smelling coolant on a different vehicle. They pressure tested it and found no leak. They agree there is an odor, but no leak on the ground and the engine runs cool. So, they did not try to do a repair I didn't need. Honest, fair price. What else can you ask for?

The guys here always take great care of my car. It's a 20 yr old Toyota Corolla, and I attribute its long life in part due to the team at Franconia Shell. I knew they were honest the first time I used them. My car was making a weird sound so I took it in. They could have told me any number of (expensive) things were wrong and I would have believed them. Instead when I picked up my car, they told me they drove the car around and determined that the deodorizer I had hanging from a rear hand-hold was causing it. No charge. They've had my business ever since!
