I usually wholehearted rate Frangipani a 5 start - and without any thought. I love this salon - or at least I should say I used to love this salon. This past time it was VERY VERY busy. I look forward to my time pampering myself and I spend a lot of money to specially go to an avid salon. The only reason for the 2 stars is my stylist who I ADORE!! This past visit there were no chairs to sit in while my hair was in foils because 4 of them were taken up with young children (who were all behaved however they were rigidity because they are children). All staff members seemed to rushed around to get things done and my stylist seemed overbooked as she was interrupt twice that someone was waiting for her (two different people). I am giving the salon one more chance. I have been going here for 4 years and don't want to give up because of one bad experience, however, the atmosphere has been changing over time and it may no longer be the right salon for me.
