The staff was extremely polite and courteous. However, the having to "stay in your vehicle" crap is pure BS. Did my pet truly get examined by a vet? Was any tests actually done? Was he/she treated with dignity and respect? Who the hell knows? Many view their beloved pets as family. Would you drive up to a hospital and send your minor child in for a procedure or test by themselves? Of course NOT! In fact it would be considered neglect and endangerment. BUT you folks want me to send my pet (family) in without anyone they know, increasing anxiety, and have NO idea what is happening to or around my pet (family). I DO NOT have Carona. How is anyone served by me staying in the car? Do the staff at the vet clinic have Carona? If not, why the masks? Masks dont keep you from getting it, they keep you from spreading it, so if you dont have it you cant spread it! OPEN YOUR FRICKING OFFICE UP!!!! sure, if you have a cough or a fever or WISH to not enter then STAY OUT. But stop forcing me to separate from my family simply so you look like you care more than the other guy. Denying the science doesn't change the facts. Social distancing is NOT maintained even with the car visits. Free transfer of items AND pets happen all day between us and you. Now explain how me staying in my car is helping anyone again? I guess the elderly folks with no AC in the car are just screwed. All in the name of SAFETY, grandma is dead of heat stroke. But I guess if hiding what you do is the purpose, then keep it up. You do what you think is best regardless of how ridiculous it is and I will do what i have to do which is probably seek other options if it continues.
