Another quality eye exam and interaction with optical/office staff. The practice upgraded to a new technology which doesn't shoot the puff of air in the eye to determine ocular pressure, which was great. As always dr J spent meaningful time answering my questions. I finally put on my big girl pants and ordered a pair of progressives which was long overdue (on my part). Thanks again Dr. Jo and staff. I wish you all the best of holidays and health during the new year.

Very dishonest. Perform tests, sell you glasses/contacts then tell you after its not covered by insurance when its too late - everything is settled and done so you have no choice but to pay.

The doctor is amazing and patient and very helpful! Dr. Ngong-Tawe takes times to explain things, ensures a good fit and makes sures your needs are meet. Overall my experience was very good with the exception of the reception desk. The in person customer service did not match the on the phone customer service. There was a coldness and waiting period without many patients. You had to make the staff feel good, cheer them up; then they were very pleasant although always helpful. I was in a bit of a rush at the end since my appointment was rather long but thorough unfortunately, I left without a case to store my new contacts in or solution to sterilize them so when it came time to remove them before bed I was stuck.
