John and Walter consistently go above and beyond to ensure everything gets accomplished in an efficient and timely manner. They are both as honest as the day is long, and I could not feel more valued! I recently had some work done in regards to an auto-claim at Franklin's. They made a stressful situation extremely easy and manageable which my wife and I appreciated greatly. I highly would recommend giving Franklin's a shot if you have yet to, you will never be disappointed!
