Trustworthy. At the end of my truck's 100.000 mile prepaid maintenance contract, the dealer supposedly found over $5,000 worth of work to be done. It did need a couple things but Franklin got me out for under $1,000.

They got me in and out in a few hours for my latest issue.

I have been taking my car here for years. I have always received an honest trustworthy evaluation of my vehicle's needs. I feel respected and that I am getting the straight story. As a woman car owner, going to a repair shop has historically made me feel very queasy. The fellows that run the shop are so nice and it truly feels like "family" here. Sooo glad I found them. John and his brother have restored my faith in autocare service. I would be lost without them!

I have been going to Franklin's Family Auto for over 10 years and in all that time I have never been disappointed. When it was a major issue I used to research to see if I could find a better price I never did find a better price than Franklin's.

If you want a auto shop that is consistent, considerate, and quick as the job allows I suggest you take your vehicle to Franklin's. It is a little hard to find but well worth the extra drive for a trustworthy shop.

The day before Thanksgiving I had my vehicle towed into Franklin's. They replaced my alternator and tightened a gasket to a leaking hose and got me outta there the same day. Much appreciated, especially the day before a Holiday.

If they had SIX stars I would have that GOLD as well. They work so hard that both men are starting to age. I think they need a few female mechanics to brighten up the place and replace the port-a-potty with inside plumber and a possible hot tub.

Excellent service. I had the CV axles replaced. Although they told me only the right needed to be replaced, I decided to replace both. My Mazda is a 2009. I need it to last a long time. Great interaction with John.
