I was quite please with Frank’s Lawn Service and Landscaping provided. They were timely in responding to my inquiry about some planting in my yard. The same day I had a written proposal that fit my budget. The work was completed in a day and they even followed up with an email that included the care of the plants. I look forward too using them again.

My yard looks great, the staff responds quickly to requests. The only reason it's not a 5 I agreed to a weekly mow, sometimes it went 2 weeks.

Thanks! We are working on getting mowing back on track but we had a set back this year in mowing service. We decided this year to purchase all new mowers and thought that would help use be able to avoid adding a second crew. Because a second crew comes with headaches and quality issues, etc. But we learned that the new equipment was just as efficient as we thought and as the manufacturer promised. So mowing was difficult this year but we got through it! Thank you!

We had a rough start in the beginning, scheduling conflicts . . . it ALL worked out in the end, their team works hard & does a great job! They maintain my back yard now, They aim to please.

I/m new to having a lawn service so can't really compare.

Folks on phone are friendly.

A bit confused though cause I called over a month ago to inquire into your handyman service & was told he is booked til October & not to make commitments now, but I continue to receive announcements about your other services.

Yes, our handyman division in undergoing a change, and we cannot commit to new handyman work for a while. Sorry about that. But all our other services are running full force!

These guys are excellent. I own a trucking company that deliveries multiple different kinds of furniture. We accidentally damaged a customer's lawn when we left a glass top on their lawn during setup on a sunny day which burned the sod. Frank's team was great. True professionals. Fixed our customer's lawn quickly and up to her standards. They truly understand customer service and respond quickly to all inquiries.

Service was not bad, The accounting was not consistent. There seems to always be bills from last summer brought to my attention this summer. The previous bills were paid. That's why I closed my account last week

I don't recall many details from my visit on Tuesday but from what I can recall, the doctor and staff were friendly and accommodating. Prior to the visit I was well informed of what type of work would be done that day, and given plenty of information and material to review. After we got home, they provided checklists [for lack of a better way to describe them] of what to do in certain scenario's and what to do in the days that followed my visit. I referred to those lists quite a lot. For the first time in my life, I actually look forward for my follow-up visit. ps - love the fact that Dr. Thurm called to check on me Tuesday night.
