On a personal note I have been with Frederick Air for several years and am very satisfied starting with customer service onto Jeff the maintenance mechanic. He works efficiently, not fast, not slow, quietly but friendly and is respectful of your home.
I live in a condo building where we have an agreement with Frederick Air to come do 6 units on the same day and we request Jeff to do our maintenance. I have never heard of any complaints from anyone.
The only suggestion I would make is that if and when a mechanic has to leave the site for a brief period of time that either he or customer service lets someone know he will be returning to avoid any misunderstandings.
Overall I am extremely pleased with Frederick Air.

We have a total of 4 HVAC Zones in our residence all of which require annual preventative maintenance to maintain efficiency. I contacted Frederick Air and was immediately impressed with their administrative staff as well as assigned technicians that evaluated my current systems. They were thorough and detailed, took photos of the inner chamber and recommended the replacement of one of our original systems that was 16 years old. The estimator was very informed about the recommended 5 Ton Replacement so we advised Frederick Air to move forward and replace the dated 16 year old furnace. I can't say enough about the installation crew that were extremely neat and cautious in removing the old furnace and installing the new furnace. They used numerous drop clothes to cover our newly finished mohoghany exterior porches during the installation as well as the interior hard wood floors. It was a job well done and we will continue to use them for annual maintenance. Simply a Job Well Done !!
