Start to finish, the experience was excellent. Dave took my initial call and was as friendly as could be. Dan came out to estimate and took the time to explain all of his recommendations for replacing our 30yr old A/C with a heat pump, gave us multiple options and was very clear in answering any questions we had. He offered us a loaner window a/c unit regardless of whether we decided to accept Frederick Air's quote or not. Your installers were great. I am absolutely horrible with remembering names but I believe it was Rob, Ben, and Brandon showed up 10 minutes early, were extremely professional and friendly, and after checking out their work upon completion, it's clear they took the time to make sure everything was done the correct way. I am in a trade myself, am very particular, and expect quality. These guys clearly take pride in their work. They worked non-stop for near 11 hours, took care to make sure my home and even my lawn, was covered and clean, and made sure to take the time to explain and show me everything they had done. Thank you again

I was very pleased with Frederick Air when they installed my new air conditioning system. John and Shemar were very professional and made sure everything was working before they left. I appreciated Frederick Air for providing and installing two window units I could use for the two weeks before my new unit could be installed. I would highly recommend Frederick Air.

Dan Cline was exceptionally response in evaluating our present system. His detailed proposal gave us options and was very clear. The individuals who scoped our project took time which convinced us they were the right and best choice .
