This was my second time using Freestate Auto & Truck Service, and I am thoroughly impressed. I had pretty extensive work completed this go around (brakes, rotors, alignment, new tires, struts) and the repairs were done well. Thanks, Julian. Also, customer service is refreshingly superb. Brandy was very courteous, helpful, and knowledgable. I received timely communication and clear explanations throughout the service. Freestate also provided shuttle service so that I wouldn’t have to wait several hours in the shop. It’s great to have this level of quality service so close to home. I highly recommend Freestate Auto & Truck Services for all your vehicle needs.

Darvell was very accommodating, professional and friendly; other staff members I came in contact with were also friendly. I am so pleased that AAA recommended Freestate to me. My volvo is running better than it ever has. I now have a new auto repair shop.

After coming to Freestate Auto Repair for 16 years my experience was very disappointing of coming back and forth to fix squeaky front brakes. The pads for a Chevrolet Tahoe should have been done correct the first time not the third time.
