Freestate did not return my vehicle in the same condition it came in when I did not get the service done. I just had a diagnostic done. I went from having cool air to no air. No, I was not satisfied and no I will not recommend your services to anyone else.

This was my second time using Freestate Auto & Truck Service, and I am thoroughly impressed. I had pretty extensive work completed this go around (brakes, rotors, alignment, new tires, struts) and the repairs were done well. Thanks, Julian. Also, customer service is refreshingly superb. Brandy was very courteous, helpful, and knowledgable. I received timely communication and clear explanations throughout the service. Freestate also provided shuttle service so that I wouldn’t have to wait several hours in the shop. It’s great to have this level of quality service so close to home. I highly recommend Freestate Auto & Truck Services for all your vehicle needs.

Once getting an understanding of my car issues, they did a thorough inspection, provided photos of their findings and gave me an estimate to approve. The work was done quickly and I was provided updates as the work was completed. This is my second time trusting them with my vehicle. They will always get my business.
