FreeState Auto & Truck Service has been in business since 1989. We began as a two-man shop and currently have 12 employees. We have built our business by doing three things: being honest, giving good quality, and providing great service. I believe that if we do these things, our business (or any business) will be successful. I can't talk about our success without mentioning both my employees and customers. FreeState has been blessed over the years by having some of the best employees and the most loyal customers. I do realize their role in FreeState's success, so we work hard to keep our commitment to excellence by keeping our technicians up to date on the latest automotive technology. We work very hard to provide quality service at a reasonable price.

I had pretty extensive work completed this go around (brakes, rotors, alignment, new tires, struts) and the repairs were done well. Thanks, Julian. Also, customer service is refreshingly superb. Brandy was very courteous, helpful, and knowledgable. I received timely communication and clear explanations throughout the service. Freestate also provided shuttle service so that I wouldn’t have to wait several hours in the shop. It’s great to have this level of quality service so close to home. After coming to Freestate Auto Repair for 16 years my experience was very disappointing of coming back and forth to fix squeaky front brakes. The pads for a Chevrolet Tahoe should have been done correct the first time not the third time.
