Everyone was amazing. Great customer service, it was easy they came outside and got my puppy Kuro. They help me with concerns I had. I'm moving to Hawaii and the requirements to take a dog is really complicated some vet won't take this responsibility but they did and they are very knowledgeable about it. I feel bad I have to give them extra work but they understand and they are helping with open harms. I had a great first experience
