When I called to schedule my dog's rabies appointment I asked about the process over the phone before I scheduled and was told the following:
1) call when we arrive and a technician will come out to pick up Shamrock and take him inside for his vaccine
2) once his vaccine is administered he will be brought back out, I will pay, and receive his paperwork.
Instead what happened was the technician brought the vaccine out to us in front of the parking lot, had me place his muzzle and hold him down. Not only am I almost 8 months pregnant and found it difficult to bend down to assist but I was not told this was the process. I've been coming here for nearly a year and while I've overall been happy with the service I was very disappointed and upset with how this was handled.
