Given that almost everything in our daily lives is more difficult during this pandemic, I appreciate that Fresh Pond Animal Hospital is not only there for us and our pets, but makes the best effort to attend to us in a safe and efficient manner. From the phone receptionist, to the consulting vet, to the 'runners' who bring paperwork and our pets to and from cars, it is comforting to be taken care of with such concern for all. Thank you FPAH, for doing your jobs in such a nice way.

The staff is very professional and personable.

We have a new rescue dog who was nervous about her exam. We think the techs should be trained in how to calm the animals before sticking things in her ears and mouth. We are not inclined to give our dog sedatives to be examined.

Fresh Pond Animal Hospital has excellent vets and provides excellent care for my cat. My vet is kind, proficient, knowledgable, loves animals, and makes sure that I understand what she's telling me about my cat.

My history with FPAH goes back 30 years. Retired now on fixed income, the ability to pay may become a challenge. Your team was able to offer a 'limited panel' for testing in order to lower the cost of our visit.
