Given that almost everything in our daily lives is more difficult during this pandemic, I appreciate that Fresh Pond Animal Hospital is not only there for us and our pets, but makes the best effort to attend to us in a safe and efficient manner. From the phone receptionist, to the consulting vet, to the 'runners' who bring paperwork and our pets to and from cars, it is comforting to be taken care of with such concern for all. Thank you FPAH, for doing your jobs in such a nice way.

Our 2 cats were there for standard 6-month senior visits. Vet was fine, pleasant, seemed thorough but quick. Tech was okay, seemed hesitant to handle our fairly docile cats. Appeared unsure about how to interact with them. Maybe she's new or not familiar with cats.
