I am disturbed that you continue to keep your doors closed (and locked!), baring owners from actively engaging in all aspects their pet’s medical care. The only way I can get behind your locked door is to pay extra to see a vet. the rest of the world has returned to more normal ways of operating. I feel that you continue to use the pandemic as an excuse to keep owners out, unless they want to pay for the privilege of course.

Great care! The doctors really know my dog and her needs. All the support staff are friendly, helpful and very good with her.

Most of my experience was great but when I said I needed Vectra 3 refill I was given the med for a 5 to 10 pound dog any my dog weighs 60 pounds so I need to return it. Because it was in a bag I did not notice until I got home.

The staff and how carrying they are about each and every animal that I’ve ever brought in. I think they do an excellent job. And Dr. Knight is our favorite
