Our 2 cats were there for standard 6-month senior visits. Vet was fine, pleasant, seemed thorough but quick. Tech was okay, seemed hesitant to handle our fairly docile cats. Appeared unsure about how to interact with them. Maybe she's new or not familiar with cats.

Dr. Knight is the best. The staff is the best. Fresh Pond CARES. The best thing is that although some veterinarian services only call you if your tests need treatment or intervention, Fresh Pond CARES to let you know that tests are NEGATIVE, than your beloved pet is okay. My dogs needed a cascade of procedures--4 in about 4 months--and the staff was so responsive and so professional and gave such high quality and caring treatment. Fresh Pond is the best vet practice and I'm so happy to have my pets treated here.
