First time there. Dr Turner and the staff are very nice, and will take the time to discuss everything with you. I would highly recommend them if you have a cat that needs some care, if for no other reason than at most vets, you'll be in a lobby with a bunch of dogs. Just as a side note, they do have one or two office cats that might be in the lobby when you walk in. If your cat doesn't get along with others, you should be aware of that. My cat starts howling the second he has to go in a pet carrier, and doesn't stop until he's taken out. But when I walked into the lobby and put the carrier down, a small grey cat walked up to the carrier, and my cat immediately stopped yelling, lol. I guess the curiosity outweighed his annoyance with the pet carrier.
Lastly, as another reviewer said, "The building is older but very clean which to me just means that they’d rather spend money helping animals rather than building a fancy facility." I agree. If your'e looking for a large fancy facility, with fountains greeting you in the lobby, etc, you'll want to go north. But if your just looking for someone that knows what they're doing, and has all the equipment and access to treatment and medication that your cat would need, give them a call. Your'e still going to pay some money for services, hey...pets are expensive ;) But I'm very happy with what I payed for and where I went.
