My first impression was not a good one. As soon as I arrived with my injured fur baby, I explained what happened to the lady at the front desk, and she wasn't very pleasant. A little cocky. Usually older people are more friendly. Anyway, after that, I finished filling the paperwork out. My animal was having severe pain. Several minutes later, a lady walked in with her two animals for shots or whatnot ( Non-urgent). The employee at the front desk was nice and friendly with her. After waiting about 15 minutes, she called the lady over to take care of her animals. At this point I started getting a little upset. Well, after sitting in the lobby for 30 minutes, I was finally called back. There were not a lot of people there at the time I went.
