I usually do not comment on reviews, but I wanted to take a minute to explain why we stand behind our prices. By the time our staff can perform on the floor they have gone through and extensive training with both educators in our salon and additional Aveda Training outside of our salon. The staff continues on going education, which is very expensive for them and the salon. We feel it necessary to keep up with current trends and the to keep our quality of service at a top level. With that said here at 5th & Fringe we have levels of stylists. We have different levels because of cost issues. My top stylist does charge more than my new talent because of experience and education. But that does not mean we not support a long time guest seeing a new talent for color and my top stylist for a cut. When given the opportunity we always try to get the right fit of personality and cost for our guests. We do not ever want a guest to be surprised after a service has been performed. Again, we do stand behind our prices. At the end of the day our stylists are on their feet 8-10 hours a day, spend their personal time in advancing their careers, all to make our clients feel amazing all while being a NO-tip salon.
This salon is fantastic. They people who work there know their stuff. My hair has never looked better.
Best hairdresser I have ever had. Salon itself is extremely relaxing and serene atmosphere. I love Aveda products, that is what led me to this slon in the first place but now that I know about it, I will never leave.
Sam did a great job cutting my hair. This was my first time here and I will definitely come back. Sam was very sweet and the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. I received exactly the cut I asked for and am very satisfied :)
Prompt & punctual with my appointment time- everyone was very helpful & professional. All questions were answered, found frames & left completely satisfied. Haven't gotten my glasses just yet, I will update my review after I receive them.
