Thank you for the review. We appreciate your input as we are always trying to improve our services to serve our patients better. Parents are requested to come back with the children so questions can be answered and concerns addressed. We do explain the appointment procedures during consult and also at every appointment before we start the procedure. We did go over the different steps of the appointment with the child prior to starting the appointment, however you were at the front doing paperwork while we were explaining the procedures to the child. We understand your concern and in future we will make sure you are told about procedures before the appointments so you are comfortable. Please feel free to ask us questions any time.
