We have used Frontier Heating and Cooling for 11 years and are very pleased with their service. Doug is our usual technician (go Doug!), but we have been well served by all their service personnel. They provide twice-yearly check-ups of the system; A/C in the spring and furnace in the fall.

Our water heater was damaged by the recent storms over the weekend. Ben got back to me immediately and had a tech out to assess the damage. I knew he was swamped with work but somehow he got a unit delivered and installed the next day. The whole family was grateful for the hot water to be back! Ben kept me updated at every turn.

You guys were awesome! Professional, friendly, timely, clean, and explained everything we needed to know. Mark did a great job with the estimate and we immediately felt comfortable with him. Doug and Marvin did a fantastic job with the install and they took great measures to make sure everything stayed clean. We've had our new furnace in for a few days now and couldn't be happier. I would recommend you to anyone!!
