Always wonderful!

Very, very pleased. :o) Dr. Webb and his tech (?) took the time to understand my high anxiety, panicky, "bad experiences", "rescue" golden. That meant a lot.

Short wait to get in to see the Dr. but when we did he was all about Gracie. Still haven't solved the "bulimic" problem but it's been going on for most of her life so we really didn't expect to. Dr. did do blood work so we know there are no problems there. Our weird little Gracie probably needs psychiatric therapy but we love her. Check out was a little hectic and time consuming with people coming and going in no particular order. Nothing serious enough to keep us from coming to and recommending Front Range. Your people are great!

Dr. Kristen Woestehoff has been the veterinarian to all of my dogs since she graduated from the school in Ohio where she attended their Veterinarian School of Medicine. She has been an exceptional veterinarian, both diagnostically, and in practice. She has seen my 2 Dobermans, who are both gone now, my three Samoyeds, only one of which I have left, as well as my Maltion (cross between a Bichon-Frise and a Maltese)who passed away in 2010. She is a superb, and expert physician. She also cared for my cat, Paisley, whom I only had briefly and was unable to keep. However, she also found a home for her for me at that time. She is now owned by one of Dr. Woestehoff's veterinary technicians. I would recommend her to anyone who lives in Colorado. I currently live on the western slope of Colorado, but have lived in many other towns and cities in Colorado due to job changes. I have commuted 300 plus miles each way to bring my dogs to her. She is well-worth the very long commute. For a short time during the 32 years I have known her, I lived in Sedona, Arizona. I brought my dogs to her as well from there. I am a dedicated patient to Kristen and her team. No matter where I live in the future, I will be bringing my dogs to her. This may include out of state moves either temporarily or permanent. Everybody is always so sweet to Morgan. Her digestive upset seemed to have been cured by the earlier course of antibiotics, but no such luck. So when I had to bring her back a second time, additional tests were run, more antibiotics and pro-biotics. God willing this will take care of it. I called in a panic on Monday morning because Morgan had again pooped all over the living room, and the office manager was diligent about finding the first appointment possible, then called back about 10 minutes later to say a cancellation had opened up an even earlier appointment. All has been well with Morgan since then. I'll keep you posted.

I love, love, love the staff at FRAH. Everyone is so courteous and kind. There is no one else I would take my beloved pets to, however my appointment was at 2:30 and it was almost an hour before I was seen. I actually fell asleep in the waiting room! The receptionist thought I was waiting for lab resets when I had CHECKED IN for my appointment, not for lab results. I know life gets crazy and issues arise in the day-to-day working of an office but there should be a better communication process in place. If I had been told up-front the Dr was running behind, it wouldn't have bothered me in the least. I just hope you have more comfy chairs in your new location!

I have been going to Front Range Animal Hospital for along time with are dogs, they are really happy with Dr. Woestohoff and so are we. If we had to see another vet at Front Range animal Hospital they have also been great. The staff is very nice and patient and very helpful. We will continue to go to Front Range Animal Hospital we always recommend new neighbors and friends to go to Front Range Animal Hospital. :)
