I dont like going to the doctors, but I actually look forward to my appts at the Full Circle Health clinic.

I love getting the ASA treatments and the nutritional assessment tests cause I want to see how I can get better.

I love Dr. Lim...... He has really helped my back and shoulders and he is so full of great advice......

Dr. Mary has turned me onto, Dr. Bass, so I now have no metal fillings and Dean Tipton so I now have great tasting filtered water...I also love using the VIBE machine.... I feel so good afterwards.....I hate needles, but I dont mind Ms. Lucky taking my blood out..... the essentials oils are Awesome.....Dr. Mary, YOU are truly a pure blessing to me and my family and I love you so much.....May God bless your clinic and save and heal EVERYONE who uses your many services.

I have always had good experiences at Full Circle and would recommend them to anyone. The last time I went the Dr put me on the decompression machine and I have never been in such pain that evening afterward. I went back to have him try to relieve the pain but it was still there. I couldn't hardly walk and had a hard time sleeping. I have since gone to another Chiropractor and have had about 12 visits and finally am getting somewhat back to where I was before using the machine. I would not recommend this machine to anyone. X-rays should have been done before treatments. I have spent a lot of money to try and repair the damage that was done.

Dr. B is awesome and listens to his patients; he provides feedback in a calm manner while being honest. He is the only physician that has listened to my problems and concerns attentively with compassion. My experience with Dr. Briscoe was wonderful, as always. I have no complaints, and have every intention of coming back to see him.

However, I wanted to let you know about something that happened that I am pretty upset about. I don't want it to happen again to me in the future, and certainty don't want it to happen to anyone else either.

On June 21st I called and spoke to Erica. I was trying to get an appointment with an endocrinologist, and they had an opening on June 22nd, but asked me to bring any lab work I had had done with me for the Dr. to review. Erica looked through my records, and told me that I had done a Saliva test on 10/14, a Thyroid panel on 1/15, and a Nutritional Assessment on 2/15. I asked if she could fax all three test results to Draelos Metabolic. She told me that the results were from over a year ago, and because they were so old, there was no information the Dr. would need from them, except for maybe a page from my thyroid panel. I tried to argue with her about it, because I had paid for the lab work and wanted the Dr. to have all the information, but she was pretty firm about the Dr. not needing to see it, and I didn't want to create conflict with Full Circle, as I have been a patient of Dr. Briscoe for quite some time. I asked her to just fax it over to Draelos. Erica was very nice about the faxing part - the number I got from Draelos was not correct, so when it didn't go through, she called me back and I got her the correct number so she could try again.

When I saw Dr. Draelos, he looked at the one page from the thyroid panel that Erica provided, and asked if that was all I had. I said yes, that I was told by the girl at Full Circle that there was no information he would need to see from the balance of the lab work I had previously had done, because it was from over a year ago and too old. He told me that was not true, and that it would have been extremely helpful for him to at least be able to look it over. He wanted to prescribe me Spironolactone, but wanted to do some lab work to confirm that I would not be a risk for clotting.

When I saw Dr. Briscoe yesterday, I let him know about my visit with Dr. Draelos, and that he tested me for some genetic mutation and didn't know what it meant. Dr. Briscoe looked at the front page from one of my lab results that was in my file, and said that I had already been tested for that, and if Dr. Draelos had the results he would have seen that, and there was no need for me to have been tested.

I got a letter from my insurance when I got home yesterday saying they would not cover the lab work, so I am now going to have to pay for lab work that I had already paid Full Circle for, but because Erica wouldn't fax over all of my test results, Dr. Draelos did not have the benefit of seeing that I already had the test done, and it was done again.

It is infuriating that a patient cannot simply call and request the records without any argument with the staff. I paid several hundred dollars to have that testing done with Full Circle in the first place, and the records are mine to do with as I please. How on earth is Erica qualified to determine whether or not there is any information the Dr. might need from my lab results? Is there not HIPPA law stating that I can have them at my request?

I already spent $60 out of my own pocket to see Dr. Draelos, and who knows how much that repetitive lab work will cost me now...

I have never had this problem before. The staff at Full Circle has always been extremely friendly and helpful, and I am sorry to have to report this information to you. I just don't want it to happen again, because it's not fair to the patient.

Just had a Service B performed by Allstar Motors. I was called to come pick up the Mercedes three hours after I took the car to the Allstar garage. The folks there are always nice. The really nice thing is the cost of the service which is a small fraction from the dealer.
