That my car repairs went smoothly and without any surprise costs, I believe, is the highest praise one can give any auto repair place. I am saying that about my experience with Full Circle Tire & Auto.
From a customer's side of things, all of my needs were met or exceeded. Making an appointment was a breeze and my car was seen without delay. As this was a brake repair and would require a wait, I was provided with a ride home so that I could continue with my day. When the repairs were done, someone picked me up. My bill matched exactly the price quoted and the car was in top shape, ready to be driven home. I could not have been more pleased with the customer service.
On a side note, my car was repaired in October, during which the shop was running a special on brakes, which meant not only a discount for me, but that the shop was making a donation for breast cancer research for every such repair made. What sets a small, locally-owned business distinct from the chains is that they weave doing good in the community with their work. It pleases me to have been a part of Full Circle's good deeds.
