I was disappointed that the appointment I had scheduled on April 6th, months in advance, to suit my timing in returning from a vacation, was unceremoniously canceled at the last minute, and then that the next appointment that was scheduled on April 10th to replace the first one, was also canceled.
In general, there was a lot of confusion about my appointment on April 6th.
Firstly, the week beforehand, a reminder was sent about my appointment, but it was sent to an incorrect email address. Luckily, the person who received the email reminder knew who I was and passed it on to me. I immediately replied that I would be there (as it had been in my calendar for over 5 months) and advised what was my correct email address.
Secondly, when I returned home from my vacation, I found a reminder in snail mail, asking me to make an appointment (What???? I already had one that I had confirmed).
And thirdly, at the last minute, my April 6th appointment was canceled and shortly thereafter, my replacement appointment scheduled for April 10th was also canceled. Seems like there is something wrong with scheduling.
However, Dr. Potter is wonderful and her staff (except for these recent scheduling issues) seem very friendly and competent.
Thank-you for asking for my feedback - I hope you will use it to enhance scheduling.
