My last appointment was disappointing from the start. The automated appointment system doesn't work leading to confusion. Had a check engine light that was probably O2 sensor. Diagnosis $127, labor for repair that office manager indicated would be about a half hour $165, and O2 sensor $160. Two email inquiries about the repair, NO RESPONSE.

I have been coming to Paul's shop for 12 years for all of my Subaru needs and services. He is always honest and is a pleasure doing business with. He cares about the vehicles he and his crew works on along with the customers who bring them work, which is rare in this day and age. Thank you FW Motorsports for being the best Subaru shop in NorCal!

Before I even entered the shop I knew it was going to be a great experience seeing how there were so many Subarus and Focus RS parked outside. As soon as I walked in I was politely greeted by the employees and they helped me find what was wrong with my car offered me advice and I always felt like they wanted to help me to the best of my interests. I highly recommend this place considering the fact that people from all over California go here and some even from different states. This establishment provides excellent friendly service, their prices are reasonable & I know that if I ever have any problems with my car I know where to go.

Honestly, in the quick, don’t take your car to FW Motorsports. I had a negative experience that cost me time and money as well as a huge headache. I had them do $3,000+ worth of work to my car because they were highly recommended to me. I dropped off my car on a Friday and was told that it would be ready by the following Friday. The communication between the shop and me was horrible. I didn’t receive any calls with updates or information about possible delays. I had to call in on Thursday to check on the status of the car and to ensure I would be able to pick up the car the following day. I was simply told it wouldn’t be done, with no explanation as to why. I asked to be informed if any more delays happen. They never reached out to me again and I had to call multiple times to check on the status of the vehicle. I finally picked it up and it ran well for the first few drives but didn’t feel like it had full power. After a few days my check engine light came on and I had it diagnosed and took it back to FW, they wouldn’t warranty their work for the problem so I had it fixed. No more than a week later I heard a thud and my A/C quit working. I pulled over and opened my hood to see that a pulley was incorrectly installed and that it had fallen out of alignment and shredded the belt, as well as cracked the timing cover. I took it back again to FW and was told that the part broke and that they wouldn’t be able to do anything about it. It wasn’t until I showed the owner the parts that he saw that the shop installed it improperly. They did fix that problem but I was once again out of a car for a day. I took my car to a different shop to have the work checked out because I didn’t feel comfortable with the vehicle in the state it was in. The second shop found multiple boost leaks, an oil leak (That FW was supposed to fix) and a few other problems. I wouldn’t recommend anybody go to this shop for any work. I felt like my vehicle didn’t matter to them and that they were not honest through the process. I will not be taking my car back to them again.

Fast and professional service provided by a very knowledgeable staff. I wouldn't have my Subaru serviced by anyone else. They are the best!
