I loved everything!

I've been coming to the G2O Salon for over a year now and every time I walk away happy with my hair. I've been getting highlights for years and I'm very picky about the way its done and the color I want - the stylist at G2O consistently makes my hair look amazing.

The new location is beautiful, fresh, and modern - such a relaxing experience!

I had microdermabrasion with Sasha and she was excellent and knowledgeable. The entre staff there was very friendly, informative and helpful. Specifically I remember Sasha, Natalie and Peggy. All were amazing. I'm not totally in love with the new space, I feel it could be more inviting (the relaxation room/fireplace waiting room). Also I wish more amenities were included like they were at the previous location. You have to book and pay a fee for the Himalayan salt room and the meditation room. But overall it is still a nice spa and I enjoyed my experience I will be going back.

So great!!

Linda was amazing. She educated me about my "crazy curls" and how to tame them better. Didn't force products on me but helped me better understand what would be best for me. Super patient, really helpful, and gave a great blow out at the end. Loved her!

Overall, the experience was good. However, upon arrival, the fire alarm went off. Everyone had to use the staircase to go outside. I was 34.5 weeks pregnant, so it was a little bit uncomfortable for me to have to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs. We didn't have our coats, because they were put away in the coat closet. Also, there was a rain storm that day and very windy, so going outside wasn't great. It was also a very cold day in March! After all of that, we finally got into our treatment rooms, but as soon as we were about to start my facial, the fire alarm went off, again. Luckily, we were told to just stay in our room. My facial was nice. After my facial, I had a pedicure (without polish). It was fine, but even after I told the pedicurist that I did not want my cuticles to be touched, she used the buffer and buffed my cuticles to the point that two of them were very raw and broke the skin. One of them was bleeding, so she sprayed something on them that stung my cuticle! The stinging lasted about 30 minutes after my treatment was over. I will not be going back to that pedicurist. I plan to go back to see if there are other therapists who are better than the ones I had during this visit. The new space is gorgeous. The salt cave was very nice.

Dr. Fox is the best. I've been a patient of hers for many years. Each time I visit her, she explains about the eye exam. I put my full faith and trust with her and would highly recommend her if you need an eye doctor or need to switch from your current doctor. Go see her!
