While I love your office, staff, professionals, etc., I had a so-so experience this week. For the second time in the last year, the office called to reschedule my appointment due to a staff meeting. I let the first one go, but another one? Perhaps the office should consider blocking off Tuesday 8:30 for staff meetings and not accept patients at that time.
THEN, when I mentioned this to my hygienist, she kept insisting it was a call to CONFIRM my appointment. I explained that my appointment had been Tuesday at 8:30 and I was currently in front of her on Monday. She kept insisting. I had to keep explaining. Come on. I know the difference between a recording/text/voicemail confirming an appt and a conversation where we actually changed the freakin appointment. I question her judgment, to keep insisting (1) the patient was wrong (2) about a silly point, which should have been treated with a "sorry about that."
I've made my next appointment for a non-Tuesday which should help, but the office may want to block off staff meetings.
