In regards to Hailey, my stylist, she is EXCELLENT and has consistently been EXCELLENT since I started. Where I took off a star is the front line/guest services. I just learned when I scheduled this appointment, that I have a lot of points and I HAD to ask what the point system meant. It is sad that in almost 2 years, I've collected 70,000 points before having someone explain to me the benefits of having said points. I have come in numerous times and bought product at separate occasions and the opportunity was there for a candid conversation on points system. I'm disappointed that I had to ask versus guest services staff being proactive and enabling their customers to maximize their points. There is room for improvement on this process. Otherwise, your stylists are excellent!
