First, my appointment was entered wrong, just partial highlight no blow dry. I needed a cut as well. I did not read confirmation closely to catch this.
Then, when Carly didn’t have time to cut, she went to front desk and said somebody else could do we went forward with highlight.
When hair was rinsed, there was nobody to cut it or comb it. I took towel off and apron off at front desk and left.
I have been here 8 times, 6 of the 8 have had scheduling issues. I brought my son here earlier in the week as well
I like the cuts but after long work days I just want to relax and have my hair done in one appointment.
