My experiences are ALWAYS awesome with Gino! I was a bit perplexed as my appointment according to the receptionist was scheduled for what I believe was the 20th. I book 6 weeks out every visit and couldn't have booked on that date as I already had something I was doing on that date. I had written (down as I always do) my appointment on the 22nd at 4:30 ( today), as it was the day before my birthday on the 23rd. Gladly Gino had an opening on the 21st and was able to fit me in. I was the recipient of Gallery's donation in memory to my cousin Jeanne Griffin's Golf Tournament. Mary Foley ( love her!!) was able to get me in for my complimentary condition treatment as well as an eyebrow treatment with Nicole ( who was awesome). My day worked out perfectly! Thank you, Gino and staff, at Gallery! I had spoken to the gal who gave my conditioning treatment ( her name eludes me at the moment) but I told her how nice it was to always see such happy employees who are so eager to please and accommodate the clientele. Whether they're having a bad day or not, they are always smiling, helpful, and kind. I've worked customer service for a company that was always receiving nasty phone calls, and unhappy clients; no matter what they said, you were the front door to the business and had to be as nice as possible, and the receptionists at Gallery are perfect front door greeters, making you feel comfortable and eager to visit again.
