I was very disappointed in my long over due visit, It took them almost 4 months of constant calling to get back to me and let me know that they accepted my new insurance. During the cleaning the new hygienist was very quiet, not like Cathy who retired. She did not talk at all except to tell me to take my retainer out at night. when the doctor came in he did his exam and told her what to put on my chart but never told me what needed to be done. He simply told me the girls up front would set my next appointment. the girl up front informed me I didn't want to come in the week of Thanksgiving so she gave me an appointment in December, took my debit card, gave me a sheet of paper telling me what they did today and I left with no knowledge of why I was coming back in December. Normally the doctor would tell me what I needed to have done and the girl up front would reiterate and give me a sheet of paper with the information on it also and a breakdown of the future expense and what they expected the insurance to pay and my part of the bill, nope not this time, when i got home I had to call the office to find out what was being done in December and I'm really not sure I know everything.
