The Garwood’s staff are very professional and always helpful. I had requested someone to come and correct a problem of my own making. The technician was prompt, very courteous, and answered all of my questions. He was also very thorough. As he was testing to ensure everything was working correctly he discovered a malfunction in our thermostat’s programming. He installed a new thermostat (everything, including labor, was under warranty) and then went through all of our settings and schedule. Given we had never noticed any glitches, his attention to detail and customer satisfaction well exceeded my expectations. Garwood’s is top notch!
